Programs

Juniors

This program is for girls and boys aged 7+. It is played at the Talisman pool in 6 - 8 feet of water.  
Times are from 5:30pm to 7:00pm on Sundays at the Talisman. Please be on pool deck for 5:15 pm.

Intermediates

This program is for girls and boys, under 19. It is played at the Talisman Centre in 6-8 feet of water.  

Times are from 5:30 - 7:00pm on Sundays,  and 8:00 - 9:30 on Tuesdays  and Thursdays at the Talsiman.  Please be on pool deck at least 15 minutes early for warmup. (times subject to Change)

All of these programs offer practise times, internal games and a chance to play teams in other cities.
 

Adults

Our adult players participate with the intermediates on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Please note that Intermediates have a warmup, a workout and drills  for about the first half hour of the practice, adults are more than welcome to participate. Adults are also welcome to help coach on Sundays.
